Fauquier County adopted a comprehensive lighting ordinance on January 18, 2000. A copy of the ordinance can be reviewed by clicking here. Fauquier is currently reviewing their ordinance to make it better and more enforceable. VOLT is currently looking for someone to serve as the key contact in Fauquier County. Fauquier County has a Board of Supervisors (BOS). Correspondence should be directed to both the Chairman of the Board Harry Atherton and to your personal District Supervisor.
